A Martial Art For Adults Aged 30+ Years Old Who Want A Slow & Relaxing Meditational Exercise. .

Kata-Chi Style Is Chinese Tai Chi Based slow movement with the Japanese Karate Kata's in mind, Soke Darrel Haigh 8th Dan has studied many Martial Arts as well as taken courses in Meditation and Spiritual Openness, taking the ideas of Tai Chi and its teachings of balance, hand eye coordination & its gentle wave form, Soke then re looked at the Japanese Katas and re-adjusted moves and techniques in to a flowing breathing form, Soke will teach this peicful style BUT will also teach what , why and how it can be used for Self-Defence too.
. It is a very fun way of keeping fit while also learning a self-defence, meeting new like minded people, not everyone wants a fast paced punch and kicking, jumping or rolling Martial Art..

we take only Adults from the age of 30 years upwards, the lessons are 1 & half hours and are held every Saturday Late Morning 11:30am to 1pm, Ideal for all abilities as taught at your speed for learning and ability.
